Love loosing my keys and wallet now..just so I can get the satisfaction of always being able to find them instantly..

Leaving Bluetooth on all the time I do not like. However in the short time I have owned it ( Christmas gift) it has helped me find my keys a few times. I do like it.

Im the type to lose my keys in front of my face and literally everywhere else. Always late because I cant find them, tile allows me to find my keys so easily and speed up my whole life cause of it! Its amazing !

Works only with blootooth in a range of 10 meters. Like if I Would loose something that close to me. What a waste of plastic.

The tile itself is great, user friendly and loud. The app needs to be on to track, however only needs to be turned off if you lose your tile/what it is attached to. Would like to see an option to replace the battery instead of having to replace the whole unit however it does what it is supposed to. A mounting attachment provided would also be nice but not a deal breaker.

Im a forgetful person. Its awesome to know that with a couple taps I can have the important things I love ring in order to find them. Now....how to attach to my toddler daughter so I can find her! Would be great to have these Gps locators be able to be on kids to avoid/solve kidnapping incidents :)

I use it all the time - mostly to find my keys. Today they were in a jacket pocket buried beneath another jacket. It would have been a nightmare finding them without Tile. Love the new feature that finds your phone by pressing a tile :)

Ive used it once for finding my keys & External Hard Drive!! It was a life-saver for someone going through short-memory loss. The app is great for letting me know what I have and dont have with me. Also lets me know how many other TILE members are close by. More than I ever thought. The only 2 things I would request is (1) the option to choose a different tune for each tile used; (2) to have stickies included to tack onto non-key ring items. Other than that... worth every dollar spent.

I replaced my Tiles (I have 4 in total) before leaving for a trip to Germany. For some reason, the one sitting in my wallet simply stopped to work but indicated it was still sitting somewhere in Cologne while I had it in my hand back home (Canada). I contacted customer service and within a couple of email exchanges of troubleshooting questions, was told a new one was coming my way to replace the defective one. Simple, easy, effective and very customer oriented! Otherwise, they wok just fine!

I bought mine just under a year ago, and I just got an email saying mine will soon stop working and I need to purchase new ones. Wtf!

Way better than TrackR! At least it tells u if it is within Bluetooth range and where it was last seen. Only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is cause u have to buy a new one every year rather than replacing the battery like TrackR.

Really convenient.

It will only update location if I open the program, and even then it wont tell me where my keys are. Ive reformatted my iPhone. Ive reinstalled the software a bunch of times. I contacted Tile and basically their response was, oh thats too bad. You can always update by buying a new Tile. Poor service. Im now looking for a different company.

My husband bought me this for Xmas 2015, he thought it would be great seeing as I lose things quite often. I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread......little did I know that it actually SUCKS!!! Yeah sure it helps "find your things", but in actuality you have to log onto the tile ever so often or it doesnt help you find s#!t.

This works great for finding my keys, but turn off location services because otherwise your phone battery will drain with spectacular speed. This means that you will not be able to keep track of where your keys were last. On the other hand we will still be able to use your phone.

The app was working well until the recent update. Please fix it before I loose something!!

Works great when Im looking for the tile through my phone But can never find my phone with the tile when i need it

With location services on, it is a serious drain on my battery. Too bad because it works but needs the location services to locate stiff. The original tile wasnt a battery drain but you couldnt hear the alarm.

My keys were lost in parking lot during a snow storm while I was out of the country by the person looking after my place, 51cm of snow fell. It was 5 days later that I went on my phone and texted her to find this out. By then the parking lot had been plowed and it was raining that day. She installed the tile app with my password and went back to the parking lot. She found the keys in a block of ice!! We couldnt believe it still worked!! Totally worth buying, on top of the fact I misplace my keys so often, one of the best gifts Ive ever gotten!

Too costly. Your battery... Design it to sell in high numbers, not just one or none. Too costly for what it does
