Tile - Find lost keys & phone App Reviews

Tile will expire in 1 year. Then, they will ask you to ship them and pay more. I paid $75 for 4 tiles originally. tile cannot find the key unless you are near the tile. Or they shows the last spotted location. During the year, I count not find a thing when I needed. When I contacted customer support, they don’t accept telephone. Moreover when I chat with customer support, he just cut and paste policy and disconnect me.The people who wrote a good review will change their mind after 1 year. In fact, 5 of my friends who purchase together having the same thoughts. Please review other negative reviews. Don’t waste your money for useless TILES!!

My husband loves the Tiles we have on our indoor/outdoor cats collars. He can see at a glance where they are and finding them is super easy w the app. Significantly lowered his anxiety about having a cat in the city.

Love it! Getting one of these things is one of the best things Ive ever done, and thats no joke! Saved me so many headaches I love it! It works perfectly. And I did not get one for free!!

Ive never had an issue with it, and it saves me a lot of time since I always misplace my keys. Highly recommend.

Our cat likes to wander to the neighbors yards. Tile lets me find which yard hes in and call him back.

I really appreciate my tile. I wish the tiles were thinner for easier stashing in wallets or smaller keys. Sometimes the calling my phone from the tile doesnt work like it should. All in all though, happy I have it!

I lose my wallet all the time this helps me find it all the time.

You need an iPad version since most iPad users dont like apps with portrait view only.

After you buy your 4 tiles for $100, realize they are designed to not be chargeable. So, after a year or so, they will run out of power and you need to replace them for $50. Rinse, repeat. Why not make the batteries replaceable? I guess mostly because you wont be forced into an upgrade cycle.

My son bought me this product because I have memory problems losing keys, etc. I am in the military about to retire and unfortunately had some accidents where I had a concussion so I have post concussion syndrome that was never treated properly so I would literally look for items for hours sometimes never finding them. Thanks to my son finding your product, I can truly say I have piece of mind everyday Again thank you and God speed.

I lose my keys all the time and this is just awesome ! I will never spend hours looking for my keys anymore!

The app is great, but the last location is usually a bit off, and doesnt update until you literally go near it to reconnect to the tile. For me. I have one in my trunk so I have to literally go to the trunk area to relocate the new location to where it is. And the Bluetooth range is tiny, Id be up stairs but not connect to the tiles downstairs. Wow. All in all, its a great app/device.

I have a few Tiles & theyve helped me with misplaced things, but.... Unless theres a way for it to somehow run in the background more than it does, its not always helpful because, unlike Find My iPhone, it doesnt have much of a memory. Provided the app was on and you were within Bluetooth range at the time,... it finds the list item. Otherwise its more like a card from the game, Clue,... it helps to narrow down where an item isnt, even if it doesnt actually find it. Id up my stars if it could work as seamlessly as Find My iPhone... Right now it works more like your mom asking, "Well, where did you last see it?"

Literally lost or at least our stuff would be. Keys, wallets, backpacks, wed tile everything if we could.

When a product just does what it suppose to, its hard to write anything meaningful or helpful for potential buyers. So I wont. The product works. The app works. Not much else to say. But, I had to write it anyway.

I love it. It helps so much but it needs to have a better Bluetooth range

I am so disappointed. The one time I needed to locate my keys, of course running late in the morning, it showed me where my keys were 12 days ago!! What a let down.

Needs to be louder

The map needs a directional pointer to show where the item is. Which direction should I walk in to find my car?
