Tile - Find lost keys & phone App Reviews

I can find anything with 4 of these tiles. I can even find where I last parked my car!

Have not needed it yet, but Ive tested all of the functionality and that gives me confidence.

Locator was not telling if I was getting closer and I could not hear. Basically I end up leaving my home without my wallet and money- very frustrated. The wallet was in a jacket but the sound was so muffled. Too bad I bought 12 of them. Now I just lose things and walk around like a bigger fool.

I have 2 tiles currently n my car. They are showing 2 different locations. This happens to me all the time. I will be trying to find my keys and will use the app to search and nothing NOTHING will happen. I will finally see the keys immediately in front of me and the app will still not see it. I have read everything, rebooted everything. I absolutely hate these things because they only work haphazardly. And its not the same tile malfunctioning every time or I would suspect the battery was dead. I have literally stood in front of the tile and the app was unable to locate it. Surely I am not the only one. Perhaps its because I have 3 tiles I have seen this happen. Last week all 3 tiles were in my car and all 3 showed on the app as being in different locations.

First off Id like to begin to say this morning I lost my cell phone. So I logged into the mobile website and it ringed my phone for me when it was on vibrate, I am the up most impressed by this simple application I feel like everybody should be using this. Its good for your keys getting lost as well.

Love the product and app.

Dont leave home without it.

Works pretty good so far. A little pricey for something that will only last a year.

These were purchased for me as a gift from amazon.com. I love the concept and idea of these gizmos, but their performance has not been up to scratch. The one I attached to my car keys has done fine, but the one I tucked into my purse to help me find it whenever at some point fell out. This should not matter because of the built in chime but the chime isnt working. The Bluetooth is functional enough to tell me the second tile is in my house but something malfunctioned on it and it will not make the advertised sound. Bummer for me.

Prevents me from going crazy when I cant find my keys.

I mark baggage as lost and when they load on plane it lets me know they are close.

I frequently lose my keys & received this as a gift. It has saved me so many times. Had one minor glitch but went to the "Chat" on the site & got the issue resolved so fast! They were very friendly & patient with me. Showed it to coworkers who are now buying them. Its the largest thing on my keys, but Im good with it. Its not getting out of my kung fu grip.

I caution all prospective buyers to steer clear of this company. Otherwise functioning Tiles are forcibly "expired" routinely, such that they cease to function completely and the company requires you "renew" your Tile with the purchase of a "newer, louder,... and better" version. This practice is an absolutely travesty to proper customer service and the facilitation of both customer loyalty and brand integrity. For no apparent reason (even company representatives cannot provide a coherent, sensible explanation), the company forces Tiles to stop operating and requires their customers purchase new units should they wish to continue using the service. In effect, this product becomes subscription-based, although the company blatantly advertises its products and services as one-time, subscription-free investments. Should you nevertheless decide to patronize this company, expect your purchase to become utterly useless within 6-12 months, at which time youll need to start over from scratch—no (logical) explanation provided, no negotiating.

I am notorious for misplacing my keys!! Especially when Im running late in the morning. PROBLEM SOLVED!

Love these. I am being treated with a drug that often creates temporary short term memory issues ("where did I put my keys?") I now have a tile on all that stuff. Really helped Wish you made them in black or dark gray. They are just to " out there" for my tastes

Never lose my keys anymore. Was a morning battle. Now I dont waste time searching.

Works great to find keys. But not so well from the tile to find your phone...

Love this app it is so helpful. I use this every day

Never be late for work because your keys fell under the couch.
