Since latest update app is unusable. Keeps trying to download from App Store and now unable to delete app. Would like to give zero stars or even negative stars as this is absurd.

The app works great for finding the tile and whatever the tile is connected to; however, for ISO devices you should be warned that if you want to use the tile to find your phone you must keep the app open at all times. So if you lose your phone and want to search for it using your tile, it might actually be dead because the app needs to stay open.

Doesnt work. Only works when your phone is right beside.

But its just not what I thought it was! This thing, unlike all other similar devices, wont alert you that youre forgetting your keys and etc. I waits until you realize youve lost something and let you know the last known location! Go figure! I say these guys are really smart! You see, we all nag why all those devices go off when both our iDevice and our keys are in our pocket! So, these folks dont provide that functionality! They also dont let users change the battery either. You have to send them some $$ once a year (or so) to get a new one. Smart. Really SMART! As for me, I bought 4 of these but wont be using them for long ... promise!

Got the tile for Christmas 2015 and it was one of the best gifts in 45 years (seriously). I installed it on my key ring and downloaded the app on my phone, and really really appreciate using my keys to find my phone and vice versa. Saves me a lot of time at home and in garage not having to look high and low. Also great when you are out and about - my space gray iPhone is in a black otter box case so it hides itself quite well in dark places (under car seats, etc.). Moments of panic are now short lived - just a press of the tile on my keys or on the phone app lets me know the other is at the bottom of my shopping bag or under my seat or whatever. I also appreciate that would-be thieves cant shut off the phone alarm with a simple swipe if the phone is locked - giving me a few extra precious seconds to track them down before they leave the vicinity. Truly, its the gift that keeps on giving. Since the battery is good for a year, I will simply make sure Tile is permanently on Santas list. Ive read reviews of the competition and currently, the rest are not even worth considering - which is rare. Not so great: It is true that if the Tile App isnt open on my iPhone, it wont be alerted by the Tile. For this reason, I highly recommend you practice using Tile to find your phone so you get used to keeping the app open at all times, and also a good idea to "wake" the connection between the Tile and phone app periodically. While not very convenient (and hastens battery discharge) it is a price I am willing to pay for the many "phew!" moments Ive had these past 3 months. An upgrade I would love to see (hopefully an app upgrade or at least for the next version of Tile) is the ability in the app to switch between "away" and "home/normal" modes. In away mode the phone and Tile will both sound an alert if distance between them exceeds a threshold - while at the beach or vacation or just out shopping - so if something falls out of a pocket or gets forgotten I cant get too far away until Im alerted. It would be great to use my phones location services to have the option to make this mode automatically turn on whenever I leave home or the office. Overall, 9 out of 10. Thanks Tile! I lose my keys and phone all the time - this has been very helpful. And fun !

After buying one tile I bought a second because I was happy with its performance. One of the reviews stated that you need to leave your Bluetooth on all day but thats not true... You can turn off your phones Bluetooth and whenever you need to locate your tile, you can turn your phones Bluetooth back on and it will reconnect to your tiles. Also someone suggested that the replacement cost is $30 when the battery runs out but thats not true either. Theres a reTile program where you can reorder the tile for $12. As a suggestion, how about having the tile app send us notifications if we are too far from the tile? This could be useful if we left something behind accidentally. Another suggestion.. Please add ForceTouch to the app so that we can quickly ring a particular tile if possible.

Love my Tiles. I usually use them to find my keys, but I have one in my wallet, too, just in case. Unknowingly dropped my wallet in a department store today, and (after a frantic search in the car and store I had previously been in) pulled out my iPhone with the Tile app. After walking around the dept. store for awhile staring at the Tile apps Lost mode, it picked up a signal (hallelujah!!!) I was able to use the proximity sensor and lost "music" from the Tile in the wallet to determine it was in the pocket of some guy who had picked it up but was not on the way to the lost and found. He handed it over after a rather humorous exchange. ("Oh, *thats* why I heard that beeping noise...") When I think of all the cards and ID (my life!) I had in that wallet... My Tiles have more than paid for themselves.

It only works if you are right next to it so it makes it totally useless.

I bought 8 tiles for many items. The range and accuracy is poor. One of the tiles starting continuously chirping and wouldnt stop. Had to dissect it just to get it to stop. Wont be "retiling" or purchasing again.

As a very absentminded person who constantly misplaces things, life without Tile is unimaginable.

I attached one to my Apple TV remote and have used it daily to find it! Best thing ever for finding lost items.

After the tile had been out of range for 9 hours and I finally was beside it, it was found. I got an email from tile stating: "Amazing Right? Review Your Experience The search range of Tile gets stronger as the community grows." I suppose there was no community in down town Toronto. Probably close to 10,000 people passed the tile within a couple of meters yet no registration. At this point the devise has no value to me.

It worked when it was setup, but because of not making an update, it just didnt work when I needed it. Then after the battery dies and its just garbage now.

Helps my find my wallet EVERY DAY!!
