What a great customer service
I replaced my Tiles (I have 4 in total) before leaving for a trip to Germany. For some reason, the one sitting in my wallet simply stopped to work but indicated it was still sitting somewhere in Cologne while I had it in my hand back home (Canada). I contacted customer service and within a couple of email exchanges of troubleshooting questions, was told a new one was coming my way to replace the defective one. Simple, easy, effective and very customer oriented! Otherwise, they wok just fine!
